At WonderTree we always strive our best to work with the most prominent and most secure payment provider so that our customer’s information has maximum security. To begin this adventure, we encourage users to create an account, which allows them to access a wide range of games tailored to their interests and needs.
We understand the importance of personalizing each user's experience and, to achieve this, we implement detailed tracking of their interaction with our platform. We use advanced tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Hubspot, which provide us with valuable information about how users discover our games, their navigation on the platform, and how they interact with the different elements and features available. This monitoring allows us to tailor communications and deliver relevant and personalized content through emails, adjusting our strategies based on each user's specific activity.
In addition, through SendGrid, we evaluate user interaction with the messages we send, which helps us understand what information is most valuable and engaging for them. Data collection through WonderTree games (https://play.wondertree.co/game): During the use of WonderTree games, it is necessary to access the camera of the devices from which users access the games to enable interaction through body movement recognition. It is important to note that this process is performed locally on the device from which the user accesses the games using artificial intelligence (AI), and at no time are videos or images of users recorded or captured. Only essential data, such as usage statistics, interaction times and game preferences, which are necessary for reporting purposes, are transmitted to our analytics system. This is done without compromising user privacy.
Our custom analytics platform (WonderTree's analytics and tracking system) processes this information to provide a detailed view of the gaming experience. This includes identifying the user in game, evaluating their performance in terms of wins or losses, frame rate (FPS), device-specific information used through user agents, and IP address, which is obtained at login.
In addition, data is collected on how users interact with the game, including achievements earned, time spent on each level, and overall results. This data allows us to produce comprehensive reports on user performance and engagement in the games. We analyze critical aspects such as the user's physical position, level of attention and interaction patterns to continuously improve the experience offered.
We also store session data when a user logs in, which facilitates a smooth navigation experience between the different sections of our platform.

By collecting FPS data, we get a clear picture of how the user's system configuration affects the gaming experience. This information allows us to identify and diagnose performance issues, such as lag or crashes, and determine if these are related to hardware limitations.

The AI in our games is programmed to analyze images in real time, identifying various body parts and monitoring the user's movements and gestures. This capability allows us to assess the user's active participation by detecting, for example, the position of the hands or determining whether the user is present and attentive during the game.
This detailed interaction tracking not only indicates levels of activity or inactivity, but also provides us with valuable data on how users interact with the different elements and challenges presented in the game. For example, by detecting that the user's hands are not moving above the chest, we can infer a possible lack of interaction or engagement with the game at that moment. Similarly, if the system identifies that the user was not present in front of the camera at the start of the game, this may signal a disconnection or lack of interest.

At WonderTree, aware of the importance of a smooth and pleasant user experience, we implemented the caching of our game files in the user's browser. This technique allows us to prevent users from having to download the games every time they access them or switch from one to another, especially considering that the size of the games can reach 100 MB. By using the browser cache, we ensure fast and efficient loading times, significantly improving the gaming experience and minimizing any inconvenience associated with waiting for long downloads. This approach reflects our commitment to accessibility and user satisfaction, ensuring that fun and learning through our games is always immediate and uninterrupted.
Data provided by users through the platform will be retained for the time necessary to provide the functionalities and games available on the platform, to fulfill the legitimate purposes described in section 5 of this policy or until the user closes the user account or requests the deletion of their data. WonderTree may retain personal data for a longer period provided that the user has consented to such processing, and as long as such consent is not withdrawn. In addition, WonderTree may be obliged to retain personal data for a longer period provided that this is required for compliance with a legal obligation or by order of an authority. Once the retention period has expired, the personal data will be deleted. Therefore, the right of access, the right of deletion, the right of rectification and the right to data portability cannot be asserted after the retention period has expired.
